Remember the
post last week about the biggest blizzard to hit Utah in basically forever? Well, I was pretty happy to head home early to make sure we were prepared. Matt and I enjoyed dinner together while we waited for the snow to come. I was excited for Matt to see a big storm. Finally, the snowflakes started to fall. We kept waiting for it to pick up and start coming down more than just in flurries, but it sure took its time. Finally, we decided to make the most of our evening and head to Walmart to make some exchanges. It was great, there was no one out! I guess everything was canceled because of the storm, and everyone was staying home. It was the best shopping trip at Walmart that I've ever experienced; there were NO lines at all!
When we left the store, the snow had stopped. We went home and went to bed, figuring the blizzard was just later than it was supposed to be. When we got up the next morning, I had to take a picture of the results of the storm.
I guess it wasn't quite what everyone was expecting...
