Just Settled Down for a Long Winter's Nap

The year of 2013 has been a long one filled with sickness and freezing cold temperatures. Last week, the sun decided to shine. As we were out and about, I couldn't help but notice how many motorcycles, cars with their tops downs, people wearing shorts, and even an occasional boy with no shirt on there were. I was about to roll down my window to enjoy the warmth when I past a sign that said the temperature was a roasty toasty 45. Think people are a little anxious for spring?
